The author describe the technique of craniotomy, using stereotactic frame.
This technique minimize the unnecessary manipulation of the brain tissue and achieve the correct and ease approach to the target, resulting in good surgical outcome. The target point can be calculated not only by the CT scan but also by the
cerebral
angiography with the aid of computer system.
